Cancellations & Refunds

Because our desserts are made fresh and to order, we accept a limited number of orders per week and reserve production time specifically for your order.

  • Cancellations made 8 or more days in advance are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made 6–7 days in advance are 50% refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable and will be fully charged.

Once an order is confirmed, we often decline other orders for the same date. This policy allows us to focus on quality, detail, and freshness for each client.

Order Changes

Single-tier & two-tier cakes:
Changes may be requested if your event date is more than 7 days away. Price adjustments may apply.

Three-tier cakes & custom designs:
All changes must be requested at least 30 days prior to the event date. Price adjustments may apply.

All requested changes are subject to review. If changes are possible, we will confirm availability and any pricing updates in advance.

Pick-Up & Delivery

Surprise deliveries are welcome and loved 🤍
If the recipient is unavailable, we will wait up to 5 minutes. After that, the order may be left at the front door or building entrance.

Deep Sweet Bakery is not responsible for the product after delivery or pick-up, including exposure to heat, cold, weather conditions, or improper storage.

Outdoor Events & Temperature Disclaimer

Desserts exposed to outdoor conditions may be affected by heat, humidity, or direct sunlight. Buttercream and mousse-based desserts are temperature-sensitive and may soften, melt, or lose structure.

Clients are responsible for ensuring proper storage and temperature conditions after delivery or pick-up. Deep Sweet Bakery cannot be held liable for damage once the product has left our care.

Allergy Disclaimer

Deep Sweet Bakery operates in a kitchen that handles nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, cocoa, and other common allergens.

While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee any product to be allergen-free.

By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk. Deep Sweet Bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions. Clients are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.

If you have severe allergies, please contact us before placing an order.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Deep Sweet Bakery. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store credit card details on our servers.

Our Commitment

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, illness, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

Color shades, decoration details, and final appearance may vary slightly from reference images or digital mock-ups due to the nature of handcrafted and edible products.
